01 How long does it take to ship my order?
All items take up to 2 weeks to make and ship. It is usually made within 1 week, but guaranteed within 2.
All UK orders aim to be delivered in 2 business days (subject to courier) from being shipped.
If you have an urgent request I may be able to arrange for it to be with you sooner, if this is the case, let me know when you order or email digdogdesigns@gmail.com and I will try to help.
Orders will be available to collect from Torphichen, West Lothian, if desired. Please call or email to arrange collection.

02 How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express
03 Returns & refunds:
Returns on standard sized products are only accepted if the item(s) have not been washed or worn and are returned in the same condition it was issued. If it the item is returned with marks, use or damage, the order will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
We accept orders that are returned within 14 days of you receiving it if you change your mind. You will receive a full refund, minus postage.
If your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please let us know as soon as possible so we can chase the provider. Any refund and/or replacement will be processed once the delivery partner has classed the parcel as lost as per their standard terms (e.g, for Royal Mail, it is 25 days AFTER the date it was meant to be delivered. As it may still arrive, we do not send replacement items or issue refunds until this time as passed.
If you do receive an order that has a fault or is not up to my high standards, please email digdogdesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible and a full refund or exchange will be offered on the basis of suitable evidence.
04 Looking after your Digdog Designs:
To maintain integrity and quality, all items should be washed inside out on a 40 degree wash and never tumbled dry.
05 I would love to stock Digdog Designs in my shop, do you offer wholesale?

06 Do you work with bloggers and content creators?
Yes, in fact I am always looking to collaborate with those interested in our clothes, email digdogdesigns@gmail.com and we can arrange for some samples to sent over. Particularly while I am at the beginning of my small business journey, I am very much hoping to forge some mutually beneficial relationships in this area.
